Let’s play – by Elise Greenspoon
Date(s) - 29/09/2019
09:30 - 13:00
Join KPJAYI authorized teacher Elise Greenspoon for a morning of joyful practice as we explore how to master some of the more challenging postures of the primary series.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is more than just a stretching routine. It is a moving meditation; and active way that one can look deeply within themselves and transform on every level of their being. A dedicated and consistent practice brings endless benefits, including a strong and flexible body and mind.
The series is full of challenges and many of us get stuck on a posture for what can seem like forever. Then we lose the feeling of magic and wonder that first attracted us to the practice. So how can we light that fire within? How can we keep our spirit light and playful?
Elise Greenspoon is a KPJAYI authorized level 2 Ashtanga instructor with over a decade of experience in yoga, Ayurveda and eastern philosophies. Elise immersed herself in the lineage of the Astanga yoga In Mysore, India.
