Join Elise Greenspoon for this 2 day mini immersion!

 

Elise is coming back to the cocoon club for a cozy weekend of yoga, meditation, self-reflection and self-care! Join us for a two-day mini immersion that will work your body, relax your mind, soothe your soul, and raise your vibration!
In this three part series, we will be focusing on tuning ourselves up and elevating our energy. We will begin on Friday evening with a gentle yoga class, followed by a yoga nidra to help soothe our bodies and relax our minds. Saturday morning will be a Mysore-style ashtanga yoga class (all levels welcome) to energize our systems and move out stuck or stagnant energy. We will conclude our workshop on Saturday afternoon with a lecture about how to raise our vibration to feel our happiest, healthiest, and most whole selves, and will finish with a grounding meditation.

Friday 27 February
19.00 – 21.00 : Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra

Saturday 28 February

9.30 – 11.30 : Mysore Style Ashtanga Yoga (all levels are welcome)
12:00-14:00: Workshop- Raise your vibration

Teacher

Elise GreenspoonElise Greenspoon is a KPJAYI authorized level 2 Ashtanga instructor with a large experience in yoga, Ayurveda and eastern philosophies. Elise immersed herself in the lineage of the Astanga yoga In Mysore, India. There she also learned past life regression therapy and many other healing techniques that she is still practicing and mastering today. Elise believes that the path of yoga can help to heal all of our sufferings and allow us to live to the peak of our potential as human beings. Caring deeply about the planet and raising awareness, she is always enthusiastic to share her knowledge and experience with people from all around the world.
